General shipping information 

Please note that during busy periods shipping times may be affected. 

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, except pre-orders. 

Order tracking is available after the order has been shipped. 

Please double-check your shipping address before and after placing your order. In the event of a misplaced package because incorrect address information was provided, please be aware that we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements.

If after placing your order you realize there’s an error with your address, please don't reach out to the courier directly. Let us handle that to avoid any mix-ups or bigger issues. Drop us a line at ASAP if you spot an error. We'll do our absolute best to sort it out, though we can't guarantee changes can be made in time.

We emphasize that you should not contact the courier directly for address changes. Any modifications without our coordination could affect the delivery of your package and if the package gets lost, we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements. 

Our goal with this policy is to manage your shipment efficiently and securely, making sure it reaches you as intended.

You are responsible for determining that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of our products and that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product. Wolfiek Group is not responsible for misuse according to the corresponding requirements of each country. 


Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States: 

In the unlikely event that your order is in transit for more than 60 days, you can apply for a refund by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE). The refund will be processed 90 days after the departure date of the box (we need this time for all investigations to be opened and completed).  


Shipping to other countries:   

For Non-EU Countries (other than UK and USA), transit is the customer’s responsibility.  

The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of customs charges that may be generated upon entry of our products into the country of destination. 

Our work ends when the shipment is dispatched from Spain. After this point, the transit and delivery become the buyer's responsibility, which means that in the event of any problems incurred during transit or import, Wolfiek Group will not offer a refund or a replacement shipment.
