We proudly ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.
Please be aware that during peak periods, delivery times may be extended. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details for your order.
Important note for air rifles: To ensure strict quality control, rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. This timeframe allows our team to carefully inspect and test each item prior to dispatch.
To ensure successful delivery, you must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your phone number and street number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.
If a package is lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately via our submission form. Please do not contact the courier directly. We will manage any necessary corrections to prevent delivery issues. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be applied in time.
Contacting the courier independently may cause delivery complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, refunds or replacements cannot be provided.

Shipping to Turkey may present challenges. Customers are required to contact us through our submission form before placing an order to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.
Some countries have regulations that may require product adjustments (for example, airguns). Customers in the following countries must contact us before ordering to ensure compliance with local laws:

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and owning our products complies with the laws in your country. Wolfiek Group is not responsible for misuse or legal restrictions in your region.
If your order remains in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form. Refunds will be processed 90 days after shipment to allow time for investigation.
For countries outside the EU (excluding the UK and USA), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer once it leaves Spain. This includes customs duties, transit issues, or delivery problems in the destination country.
Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees related to importing our products.
After dispatch from Spain, Wolfiek Group is no longer responsible for transit or customs-related issues. Refunds or replacement shipments cannot be provided in these cases.
