Warranty Policy
At Leshiy Airguns Shop, we offer only brand-new, original products covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is applicable when the product is used under normal operating conditions. The warranty period begins on the date shown on your purchase invoice. When purchasing from any Wolfiek Group store, you benefit directly from the official manufacturer’s warranty. Throughout the warranty period, products supplied by Wolfiek Group are protected against defects in materials or issues resulting from the manufacturing process.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?
The warranty starts on the purchase date indicated on your invoice. All new products sold across our stores include a standard 2-year warranty.
HOW DO I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
If you encounter a problem with a product purchased from the Wolfiek Group, please reach out to our customer service team through:

Please include the following details:
- Your purchase invoice number
- Photos of the product (a video showing the issue may also be requested)
Once this information is received, we will initiate the warranty procedure and keep you updated on its status. If additional information is required, our team will contact you directly.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty applies to faults caused by manufacturing defects, whether related to components or the production process.
Depending on the situation and in agreement with the customer, Wolfiek Group may resolve the warranty by:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The warranty becomes void if:
- The rifle has been incorrectly disassembled or reassembled
- Non-recommended lubricants have been used
- Non-original parts have been installed
- The product shows evidence of misuse or improper handling
- The product has not been used according to its intended purpose or instructions
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY?
The warranty does not cover:
- O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
- Damage caused by user negligence
- Damage occurring during transport or shipping
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or misuse
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by using the product on unintended objects or surfaces
- Any additional related expenses
The warranty does not apply to issues arising from misuse or modifications carried out by third parties. Shipping or transportation costs are also excluded from warranty coverage.
