    If your order has not been marked as fulfilled yet (not shipped yet):

    1- You have 12 hours to change your mind, cancel your order, and get a 100% refund.
    2- After 12 hours from placing your order, you can also cancel. In this case, you would get a 90% refund + a 10% voucher.

    The only way of requesting a cancellation is by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE). We do not process cancellation requests via email or phone.

    Note: If we accidentally shipped your order after your cancelation request, we will need to recover your box before issuing the corresponding refund.

    If your order was fulfilled (shipped) before your cancellation request:

    1- You cannot cancel or ask for a refund.
    2- If your order is on the way, but if for any reason it takes longer than 60 days to get delivered, you can request a refund by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE).

    Refunds in these cases will be issued 90 days from the departure date of the box that did not arrive (we need this period to open and finish all kinds of investigations related to the shipped box).




    All our items are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure we only ship perfect items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with what you receive, you can email sharing with us the reason for the dissatisfaction. 

    • - The claim must be within the first 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a return. 

    • - The returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and accessories. 

    • - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • - We are not responsible for what could happen during the return shipment. We consider the product as returned once it gets delivered to our warehouse.

    • - The refund will occur after receiving and checking the product. Items that are not in the original packaging or not in perfect condition are subject to a minimum 10% fee over the total price. We will notify you of the resolution within 72hs after the product is back at the warehouse.

    • - The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

    Please consider the requirements of the country where you will receive and where you will use the product. Customers should check the local laws before placing an order and are 100% responsible for following them (or not).  

    We do not accept returns due to issues related to local restrictions. Wolfiek Group is not responsible for misuse according to the corresponding requirements of each country, nor for what may happen during the import process (customs, taxes, etc.) in countries with particular restrictions.
