CHANGES AND CANCELATIONS:

The only way to request cancellation is by completing the CANCELLATION FORM (CLICK HERE). We do not process cancellation requests via email or phone.
Note: If we accidentally shipped your orderafter your cancelation request, we will need to recover the package before issuing the corresponding refund.
3- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND UNITED STATES:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to inspect your articles, assess and/or see if they suit you unless otherwise stated. We advise you to check the articles received immediately after receipt to make sure they are functioning faultlessly and were delivered correctly.
Optics that have been mounted cannot be returned. Please inspect the optic before mounting.
To return or exchange an article, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will give you the instructions for the return or exchange.
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Within seven days, we will inspect the item/s, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.
Items that are not in the original packaging or not in perfect condition are subject to a minimum 10% fee over the total price.
Exchanges: If you are approved, we will send you adiscount code for the value of the returned product so you can place a new orderwithin seven business days(shipping costs not included).
Returns: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven business days. We will deduct the shipping costs, customs fees, and any other charges that might have been applied.
We are sorry, but returns or exchanges are not allowed for Non-EU Countries (other than UK and USA).
