Refund Policy

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

1 - If the order has not yet been prepared:

  • You may make changes or cancel your order at no cost.

2 - If the order has been prepared but not yet shipped:

  • Changes are no longer possible.
  • You may cancel the order. In this case, we will refund 90% of the order value and issue a 10% voucher for your next purchase.

3 - If the order has already been shipped:

  • Changes or cancellations cannot be made. Return and exchange policies will apply.
  • The only way to request a cancellation is by completing the submission form.

Important: If your order ships after you have submitted a cancellation request, we must first recover the package before processing the refund.

CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS (BTC, ETH, USDT)

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you wish to return a product purchased with cryptocurrency, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a voucher valued between 70% and 90% of the original product price (as listed on the website at purchase), depending on the item’s condition. This voucher can be used toward a new purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES — EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND UNITED STATES

You have 14 days from delivery to inspect your items and decide if they meet your expectations, unless otherwise specified.

We strongly advise checking your products immediately upon delivery to ensure they are in perfect condition and correctly delivered.

Important: Mounted optics cannot be returned. Please inspect the optic carefully before mounting.

To request a return or exchange, complete the submission form, and we will provide the necessary instructions.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or other charges related to returns.
  • Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
  • We are not liable for any issues occurring during return shipment.
  • A product is only considered returned once it is received at our warehouse.

Once your return is received, you will be notified. Within seven days, we will inspect the item(s) and confirm whether the return or exchange has been approved.

Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition will incur a minimum 10% fee based on the total price.

EXCHANGES

If approved, you will receive a discount code equivalent to the value of the returned product, which can be used to place a new order within seven business days (shipping costs excluded).

RETURNS (REFUNDS)

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and other charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for countries outside the EU, UK, and USA.
