HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are free for all orders over 500 € (U$D 500).
For orders under 500 € (U$D 500), shipping fees would be just 29 € (U$D 29)
Only pellets, because of the extra weight, has additional shipping fees. To receive a quotation for shipping costs, please send us an email to info@edgun.shop mentioning which and how many pellets or slugs you want and the shipping address.

WHICH SHIPPING SERVICES WILL BE USED?

We are working with DHL, FedEX, and UPS. We will always choose the best and fastest service for you, and all items will be delivered direct to your door.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO WAIT TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?

When we ship you will receive your Tracking Number, the product will take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive at your door.

Note: the items that are ordered with the "Pre-Order" mode will be shipped during the informed delivery time. If we suffer a delay, we will keep you updated

(If you do not accept delays, we will offer you a refund if you want to cancel the order because of a delay). 

WILL I NEED TO PAY ANY OTHER SHIPPING COSTS OR TAXES? 

Everything is included. So you will not need to pay any other costs after order is confirmed.

WOULD IT BE POSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Yes!. All our items are checked thoroughly before shipping to ensure we only ship perfect items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with what you receive, you may return any item in "new condition" along with its original packaging and accessories for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To do this, we will give you an address where to ship the item(s) in the USA, and we will take care of the rest to refund your money. 
You will only need to pay the shipping costs within the USA.
Items that are not in the original packaging or not in perfect condition are subject to a minimum 10% fee. 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE RETURNED ITEMS?

Even if the returned items are in perfect condition, to be loyal to all our customers, we then sell them as second-hand with a discount (not as brand-new items)

In other words, we only announce brand-new items when have only been handled and tested by our team at EDgun, and not by other users or customers.

Returned items will be sold at the outlet / secondhand section at EDgun.shop.
